SCDF 2027 will provide an inclusive platform where diverse perspectives and experiences come together. Through expert-led discussions, interactive sessions, cultural exchange, and international networking, participants will explore how culture can strengthen trust, promote mutual understanding, and contribute to sustainable cooperation among communities and nations.
The Forum welcomes university students, recent graduates, young professionals, educators, researchers, cultural practitioners, community leaders, and individuals interested in cultural diplomacy, global affairs, international cooperation, and intercultural dialogue.

Promote cultural diplomacy as an effective instrument for strengthening mutual understanding, trust, and cooperation among people, communities, and nations.

Forum Programme
Two expert-led panels, a structured international networking session, and a closing Global Cultural Gala Night.
Panel I
Examining the role of cultural diplomacy in advancing international understanding, strengthening mutual trust, and building sustainable cooperation among individuals, communities, institutions, and nations. Speakers will discuss how culture, education, dialogue, and shared experiences can serve as bridges between societies at a time when global challenges demand greater communication, empathy, and cooperation.
Panel II
Focusing on the essential role of young people in shaping the future of international cooperation. The discussion explores how innovation, entrepreneurship, intercultural dialogue, and responsible global leadership can enable the next generation to contribute meaningfully to international affairs and build inclusive networks across cultural, academic, and national boundaries.
Networking
A structured international networking session designed to encourage meaningful dialogue and lasting connections. Through facilitated conversations and interactive activities, participants exchange experiences, share academic and professional interests, and explore potential areas for future collaboration across countries, cultures, and disciplines.
Closing
A distinguished international evening bringing together participants, diplomats, representatives of international organizations, invited guests, and partner institutions. Featuring cultural performances, live music, and international networking, the Gala Night offers a space to strengthen new relationships and experience cultural diplomacy in practice — reflecting the Forum's values of mutual respect, friendship, diversity, and cooperation across borders.
