Alejandro Arturo Neyra Sánchez is a Peruvian diplomat, author, lawyer, and public official currently serving as Director General for Studies and Strategies of Foreign Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. He has also served as Minister of Culture of Peru and Director of the National Library of Peru. An award-winning author, his work focuses on diplomacy, history, culture, and national identity. Mr. Neyra is a frequent speaker on cultural diplomacy, international cooperation, and global affairs.
